Boundary Survey & Analysis
CA5 Survey provides boundary surveying throughout Southern California, from single urban parcels to large estates and complex multi-parcel holdings. Our team has decades of experience in resolving property line matters for homeowners, architects, engineers, attorneys, developers, and municipalities.
Boundary work requires careful evaluation of historical records, current conditions, and physical evidence on the ground. Our typical process includes: client consultation to define scope, research of deeds and recorded documents, review of existing maps and easements, field measurement and monument recovery, comparison of evidence, analysis of lines of title versus lines of occupation, and preparation of a professional deliverable such as a Record of Survey or Corner Record for county filing when required.
Boundary surveys define the legal extent of private property. California law requires that these determinations be made under the direction of a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. CA5 is committed to performing this work with accuracy, clarity, and responsiveness so that our clients can move forward with confidence.
