Tree Location Map

Tree location surveys identify and document trees within a project site, including size, species, and key dimensional attributes. These surveys are often integrated into topographic mapping to provide a complete picture of existing site conditions.

Tree information is frequently required by arborists, environmental scientists, architects, engineers, planners, and contractors to support design decisions, evaluate grading impacts, and coordinate around protected species or heritage trees. Many jurisdictions also mandate tree location surveys as part of their permitting or environmental review process.

CA5 can map tree locations, record trunk diameters, note canopy spread and height (when needed), and clearly show this information in relation to property lines, setbacks, utilities, and proposed improvements — so design teams have reliable, field-backed data to work from.

CA5 can also assist homeowners and sometimes attorneys with identifying the tree (s) in relationship to boundary lines pre trimming and post trimming.
